Returns Policy

Returns are allowed for defective or damaged items only. Exchanges or refunds will be issued upon verification of claim. If you return an item that is not damaged or defective, we may credit your card for the selling price less a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges will be allowed for clothing sizes, if available, but customer is responsible for any incurred shipping costs. In the event that we are unable to exchange for a different size, we will offer store credit. Returns for parts must be received in original packaging and free of greasy fingerprints. Parts must be able to be resold as brand new. There will be no refunds if these conditions are not met for parts. In order to return a product, customer must contact us at 513-388-3893 or email us within 10 days of receiving the item. Sending a product back without contacting us and your name, phone number and copy of reciept included in the return package may result in not being refunded. All shipments are insured. All freight claims for damaged packages must be settled with UPS before refunds or replacements will be issued.

We accept CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY at this time. If you need to pay with check or money order, contact us at 513-388-3893. We must collect 6.5% tax from OH buyers.

'FREE SHIPPING' Promotion is in place now. When webstore purchase exceeds $50, we will ship order to customer via UPS Ground for free. This is for webstore customers only -- this does not include eBay purchases. If customer purchases large, heavy tequipment which requires freight charges, we will be in touch with customer to compensate part of the freight cost, but we will not ship for free.

Buyer pays actual UPS shipping rates. UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday -- they do not deliver or run on Saturdays and Sundays. WE SHIP WITHIN THE USA (50 STATES) ONLY. This means NO international shipping and NO U.S. provinces. Also, UPS will not deliver to an APO, FPO or PO box. Please call if you are military overseas. Hawaii buyers will have to pay cost of UPS Air. and while UPS now offers Ground shipping to parts of Alaska, it is still quite expensive.
